Annette Sym
Annette Sym Kerry Thomas

ONE of Australia's leading weight loss experts Annette Sym will hold an event to help people become slim and healthy.

Annette believes that healthy eating and low-fat recipes highlighted in her cookbooks are a great start to achieving a healthy lifestyle.

But there are other obstacles that hold people back.

The Workshop Retreat, which will be held on the Sunshine Coast, will focus on increasing people's self-esteem and helping people overcome emotional barriers that may hinder their lifestyle improvement.

The workshop will provide sessions facilitated by Annette Sym, which include topics like weight loss solutions, menu planning, motivation, inspiration and support.

Annette will provide tips and secrets for long-term weight loss success.

There will also be cooking classes and guest speakers and experts in health and wellbeing who will help people discover how to create positivity and quicker results.

Pamper sessions, gifts, door prizes and Symply Too Good To Be True meals and snacks will also be provided.
