All our beef comes from well-known local producers such as Kelvin Jarrett (Kyogle),Wayne Cook (Stratheden), Ray Buckley (Bexhill), John Whiltshire (Casino) and Paul Hannijan (Lismore). We like to dry-age our beef for better quality and flavour. We source our pork locally from Bangalow Sweet Pork, and our lamb is produced by McCaughey Meats (Casino). We have a variety of traditional and gourmet ready-to-cook meats, and we also prepare our own bacon and ham on the premises. We have over a dozen different varieties of sausages for your BBQ every week of the year. We supply a number of restaurants and cafes in town, such as Miss Lizzies at The Richmond Hotel, Dragonfly Cafe, Lismore Workers Club, The Loft Restaurant, Spotted Pig and The Mecca Cafe, among others. We also support a number of local charities and sports clubs such as The Richmond Rovers, the Marist Brothers Rugby League team and the Lismore Swans AFL team.
