As a member of the Leadership Team this role will drive a positive culture that aligns with Rous’ values. It will directly contribute to the development and formation of organisational strategy and business planning and proactively coordinate and lead the Planning and Delivery group to deliver timely and consistent high-quality service. Degree qualification supported by 3-5 years in a similar role is essential.
Applicants must address the selection criteria contained in the position description. Salary range $120,187-$140,592 plus civil liability allowance, 9.5% statutory superannuation and generous working conditions including a nine-day fortnight.
